Haku specializes in Japanese cuisine, both sushi and traditional kitchen fare. We have over 30 signature rolls and bento box-style lunches.

History

Established in 2013.
Originally Mushashi Sushi and later Sapporo Japanese Restaurant, Haku hopes to revive the reputation and flare of the original Mushashi. Haku blends traditional sushi dishes with hip signature rolls topped with house-made sauces using the freshest ingredients.

  We had the lunch Benton box. Large portions the spicy tuna, chicken teriyaki, tempura all were amazing. Highly recommend! P.S. the bathrooms were really clean. A bonus for me.

  While I need to check-in agian since it has been a few months I doubt that chef Tomo has left his position as head chef. I walked in wondering what is up since it had been years since I was there and I was in of something new and sushi. I was so rewarded!! Tomo is amazing and Haku is well run, perhaps the most tactful manager I have seen in some time. A manager who brought Tomo and his family her so the daughter could attend UC Davis. Oh, and the food is outstanding!! I rarely say such a thing, but this place, this man deserve all the accolades I can pile. If you like sushi/Japanese food, eat here!!!

  This is the best sushi in all of California. I have traveled quite extensively throughout the state and without a doubt this is my favorite. The chefs are friendly and helpful, the staff are fun and polite. I always look forward to dining here!
